In these tough times not everyone is fortunate enough to have a Gym Membership.
Let’s not ponder on that and see what I can come up with something easy and simple for every day exercising:

Jogging On The Spot – 1:00
Jumping Jacks 10
Squats 10
Standing Side Bend 10
Repeat Exercise.
Have a 1:00 minute Break.
Repeat the whole Exercise another 3 Times.
Through time, I would suggest you increase the number of Repetitions, as you start to Burn the Belly Fat .
Remember to make it Fun, get the whole Family Involved, and Enjoy!
Exercise at the Gym
I am sure if you are already a Gym member, you will be well aware of what Equipment is available in your pursuit to Burn off the Belly Fat.
On the other hand if you are looking to join a Gym these are some exercises that will help you:
Running or walking (Inside Track)

Elliptical trainer.
Bicycling.
The bicycle exercises.
The Captain’s chair leg raise.
Exercise ball crunch.
Vertical leg crunch.
Reverse crunch.
You certainly do not need to use them all Straight away.
As you work your way into a routine you will find that certain exercises that suit you.
