On the other hand what about the people who can’t go to Gym because:-

  • Gym to Expensive
  • Gym to Far Away
  • Don’t have the time
  • Don’t like going to Gym
  • I’m just to damn lazy

there can be many reasons and who are we to judge.

So what can we do to help.

Well, below are a few Straight Forward Ideas that you can use to help Fight the Fat.

Which in turn will help you Get Rid of The Belly Fat

Control your Intake of Sugar

Packaged Fruit Carton

When you have packaged fruit juices they claim to be of the real fruit juice, but they contain high amounts of sugar, flavor, and color.

So your are taking in more calories than if you had just eaten the whole Fruit.

Try best to Avoid.

With most people they have a sweet tooth and they enjoy the niceties of life like cakes, pastries, milk chocolate and sugary sweets.

Yum! Yum! but this is not the answer.

These days you can find your cakes, pastries made with either less sugar, artificial sugar and if you still want that piece of chocolate then have it Black.

These days even our good old sugary sweets and treats now have a lot less sugar or artificial sugar but they taste just as Sugary, Less is More.

Have a Good Intake of Vitamin C

Vitamin C can be found in many fruits such like Orange, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Cranberries and Kiwi Fruit they are all good sources of vitamin C.

Minerals such as Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, and Zinc are also found in the above Fruits

Every day it’s a good idea that you eat at least one fruit that has a lot of Vitamin C as the saying goes an “Apple a day keeps the Doctor away.”

OH!…. apple is not on list, but you get what I mean.

Vitamin C helps in digestion breaking down the fats and maintaining blood pressure.
Vitamin C helps keep oxidative stress and many health problems at bay .

Get Protein on the Plate

Haven’t we all heard how important proteins are for losing weight?

Let’s now understand why and how proteins play a critical role in reducing Belly Fat.

By building lean muscle mass and increasing the number of calories you burn during digestion, proteins help increase the amount of energy (in calories) you expand each day.

This further helps reduce abdominal fat and promotes weight loss.

It also helps in fighting your hunger pangs.

Weight loss can be all the more difficult with an inadequate amount of protein because proteins help control your appetite

Unlike other nutrients like carbohydrates which digest quickly, proteins take much longer to break down.

This slow digestion helps you feel satisfied for a longer period and promotes fullness.

Another important benefit of adding protein to your diet is that it boosts your metabolism.

Boosting metabolism can help you lose /reduce your Belly Fat.

Protein is particularly effective against belly fat.

What you can do is look at a number of dishes such as:-

  • baked fish
  • chicken stew
  • lamb
  • salmon
  • soya chunks
  • lentils
  • sprouts
  • mushrooms and incorporate them into your diet.

It is advisable that you include other vegetables, as I am sure you will, as too much protein intake can lead to a touch of gout.

Protein intake works on the same phenomenon.

To reduce belly fat and overall body weight you need to burn more calories.

Eat Healthy Carbohydrates

You do not have to avoid eating carbohydrates completely.

Carbohydrates provide energy and have loads of vitamins and minerals that are good for your body.

Choose the source of carbohydrate intelligently.

Brown rice, couscous, cereal fiber, Bulgar wheat, and dark bread can help in losing Belly Fat.

These whole grains are filled with fiber that makes you feel full and, as a result, you tend to eat less

Eat Right

Eating right involves many things such as:

  • First things first, you need to cut down on the amount of processed and instant foods consumed completely.
  • The preservatives and high content of salt in them can induce instant bloating
  • Secondly, you must include fruits and vegetables that are rich in fiber and also have a high water content.
  • Drink Water
  • The water will reduce the bloating, and the fiber will induce proper digestion that will, in turn, shed some pounds off that tummy.
  • Thirdly, eat small and frequent meals.
  • The way to do this is use smaller plates or bowls to make the small portion size look larger.
  • You must chew your food at least ten times before you swallow it.
  • If you don’t chew it well, your body needs to work extremely hard to break down that food in the stomach.
  • This leads to gas, bloating and indigestion.
  • So think back to when you were a kid and ask yourself, how many times you were told to chew your food properly, in fact you might even be telling your own kids.
  • Scary we are becoming our Parents
