Thank you for all these tips on how to get rid of belly fat. I know that I should be doing all of these, but sometimes life just gets in the way, especially on holidays like Christmas haha! What I really need to focus on is eating more vegetables, maybe I should try and eat them twice a day instead of once a day. As for the higher protein intake: would you recommend any products that have a lot of protein? Particular ‘shakes’ maybe? thanks!
Yeah Lizzy, this time of Year can be a Challenge, but must not stop you from enjoying yourself.
Nothing wrong with increasing your veggie intake, fills the plate along with yourself.
Looking at Protein, I must admit that I am not up to scratch with Protein Milkshakes.
I personally have my Porridge Oats in the morning, but you could have Eggs, or for Drinking Milk, and then maybe find a Shake for the Milk.
I hope this Helps

Losing Belly Fat is a problem that I have been working on for a couple of years now. I have found that education in what you eat as well as exercising have a great deal to do with how easily or how hard it is for you to lose fat and/or weight. If a person educates about how calories added to lack of exercise causes the increase in fat, then the same is true if a person educates about calories plus exercise and how it improves your health overall more people would be finding ways to be leading a healthier lifestyle.
Eating the right portions along with the right exercises with the right attitude makes the biggest difference in losing belly fat.
